Introduction of air filter

1、 Primary air conditioning filter

The primary filter is applicable to the primary filter of air conditioning system, mainly used to filter dust particles of more than 5 μ m. The primary filter has four types: plate type, folding type, skeleton type and bag type. The outer frame materials are paper frame, aluminum alloy frame, galvanized iron frame and stainless steel frame. The filter materials are non-woven fabric, nylon mesh, activated carbon filter material, metal mesh, etc. the protective mesh is double-sided plastic spraying square mesh and Double sided galvanized wire mesh. There are six kinds of G series coarse effect air filters: G2, G3, G4, GN (nylon mesh filter), GH (metal mesh filter), GC (active carbon filter).

Constituent materials and operating conditions

1. Frame material: paper frame, aluminum alloy, galvanized plate, stainless steel, ABS plastic
2. Filter material material: non-woven filter cotton, glass fiber cotton, corrugated aluminum mesh, nylon mesh, etc
3. Sealant: Polyurethane AB adhesive, hot melt adhesive
4. Operating temperature and humidity shall not exceed 80 ℃, 80%

 

Main application

1. Pre filtration of central air conditioning and central ventilation system
2. Pre filtration of large air compressor
3. Clean return air system
4. Pre filtration of local primary filter

2、 Special primary filter

Special industry primary filter is suitable for primary filtration of air conditioning systems such as offshore drilling platform equipment, painting, environmental protection, high-speed rail, fresh air system and ultrasonic cleaning. It is mainly used for filtration of dust particles over 5 μ m. The primary filter has four types: plate type, folding type, framework type and bag type. The outer frame materials include paper frame, aluminum alloy frame, galvanized plate frame, stainless steel frame, and filter materials There are non-woven fabrics, activated carbon particles, activated carbon non-woven fabrics, paint fog felt, stainless steel corrugated mesh, stainless steel wire mesh, composite filter, etc.
